AMC Arbitration Clause example (for invoices)

“By the acceptance of the (products/services) included on the present invoice, all disputes between the parties arising from or related to the products/services included herein, shall be finally resolved by the Arbitral Tribunal, which is appointed according to the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GHCIC). The arbitration is held under the said Rules.”
