The costs of the mediation proceeding are the basic fee, the procedural fee (fee of the mediator), as well as the coordinated outgoings of the AMC and the mediator. The parties bear costs of the proceeding in equal shares, as long as they do not have dissenting written agreements. In case of Mediation with more than two parties, the costs rise by twenty percent (20%) per additional party. The Mediator’s fee includes the reviewing of documents, the preparation of the proceedings and the personal or group meetings with the participants. It is computed on an hourly base and of the Mediator’s expenditure of time. The minimum fee is equivalent to a time exposure of at least four (4) hours. The costs of the mediation process are calculable approximately with use of the cost calculator (press here).
